This rich yet pure style of Irish dry white has green apple and citrus peel aromas with background oak influence.
Grapes were hand=picked and whole-bunch pressed before cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the natural fruit flavours. It is aged then on lees in oak barrels for 6 months.

Pale straw colour. Intense aromas of green apple and citrus peel with background oak influence.
The palate is delicate with lychee and elderflower flavours with along, fresh finish.

An ideal pairing to white crab meat salad, asparagus risotto, and lightly smoked fish
