Fairy Trees Irish aged Shiraz is aged in Irish Whiskey Barrels for 3 months, giving it a velvety mouthful with subtle heat.

Our beautiful Shiraz collides in our Whiskey barrels to create this dark and bold wine, which features true Irish Whiskey flavour.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red colour. Intense blackberry, plum and dark fruit aromas with hints of liquorice and chocolate. Rich and full-bodied with a velvety texture.Lingering finish with a mix of fruit and spice notes.

Food Pairing

Enjoy it on its own, or stack this rich, bold taste against Irish lamb, aged Angus beef or matured Irish Cheddar.
