Our wines are guided by an experienced winemaking team with deep expertise in viticulture, distillation, and cool-climate wine styles. From vineyard to bottle, the focus at Fairy Trees Winery is on quality, balance, precision, and innovation.

Nestled on the banks of the River Dee along Ireland’s picturesque east coast in Co. Louth, Fairy Trees Vineyard spans 20 acres across two carefully cultivated sites: Willistown and The Burren.
With 28,000 vines planted, the vineyard is managed with close attention to quality, sustainability, and site expression. Our vines are pruned in Guyot Simple, a method that supports balance, finesse, and precision in the fruit.
The vineyard is planted with a diverse range of varieties, including Artaban, Cabernet Cortis, Syrah, Vidoc, Sevar, Solaris, Floreal, Chardonnay, Bronner, Johanniter, Sauvignac, Opalor, and Souvignier Gris.

Our wines are crafted and produced in Ireland, guided by an experienced winemaking team with strong expertise in still, sparkling, and cool-climate styles.
As we continue to develop and expand our vineyards, we also work with carefully selected fruit that meets our exacting standards. This approach allows us to define a distinctive house style: elegant wines shaped by freshness, balance, and precision.
Our portfolio includes Irish aged wines matured in Irish whiskey and Irish Stout casks, representing a distinctive meeting of two great traditions.
We also produce Irish Sparkling Brut and Rosé, crafted using the Charmat method to preserve vibrant fruit, finesse, and a refined modern character.
Our Signature Series — DEARG and BÁN — represents the purest expression of our winemaking philosophy, defined by structure, clarity, and varietal character.
