Order delivery time is estimated at 1 – 3 business days from receiving your order.

All orders on www.fairytrees.ie are distributed by Crafted Spirits Limited from their head office in Dunleer, County Louth, Ireland

We currently ship to IRELAND ONLY – North & South.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is FREE on all orders over €100.00 to one delivery address.

Shipping Details

All our orders are shipped using Fastway couriers. Upon receipt of your order you will receive an email confirming your order. Followed by a dispatch email confirming your Fastway delivery
tracking number.
Please note that emails may go to your junk /spam folder.
Fastway will then send you updates on your order – please contact the Fastway support team via the information on their dispatch email if you have any issues with receiving your package. You can contact us on info@fairytrees.ie for any issues also.
It is very important to provide a mobile contact number and a valid Eircode with your order. If this is not provided your delivery can be slowed significantly.

Damaged Goods

In the unfortunate case that your order arrives in a damaged or unsatisfactory state please alert
us at your earliest convenience on info@fairytrees.ie . We would also advise taking a photo of the items so we can best assess your issue. Contact us with your order reference number and the issue you are having and we will be in touch to advise further.

Returns Policy

You can cancel your order immediately up to the point of dispatch. Simply contact us on
info@fairytrees.ie . To help us assist you as quickly as possible please quote your order reference number.
