DISCOVER FAIRY TREES
Visit Fairy Trees and discover a working vineyard and winery on Ireland’s east coast, together with the story of our developing distillery and grape spirits.
During your visit, walk through the vineyard and learn about growing grapes in Ireland’s cool maritime climate. Discover the different varieties we grow and the work that takes place through the seasons.
Inside the winery, learn how our wines are made and blended, how selected wines are matured in French oak and Irish whiskey barrels, and how we are combining Irish production with generations of French wine and spirits experience.
We also explain the principles of traditional Charentaise double distillation and how wine is transformed into the spirit that becomes our Irish Grape Brandy. Our copper pot still is not currently located on the visitor site and is therefore not part of the tour.
The experience also introduces Dawn of Dee Irish Wine Liqueur, made from fresh Irish grape must fortified with our Irish Grape Brandy.
