Our Sparkling wines range will be available in 2025 :

• ‘Brut’ Classic Cuvée, a Charmat method Brut Irish sparkling wine, produced at our winery in Co.Louth. A lively sparkling with soft white fruits and citrus flavours.
• ‘Rosé’ Classic Cuvée – a Charmat method Rosé Irish sparkling wine, produced at our winery in Co.Louth. The aromatic profile is rich, fresh, and intensely fruity, with notes of grapes, cherries, and raspberries.
