Our beautiful shiraz collides in our whiskey barrel to create this gold and creamy wine, which features true Irish Whiskey flavour.
Characteristics
Deep ruby red colour. Intense blackberry, plum & dark fruit aromas with hib=nts of liquorice & chocolate. Rich and full bodied, with a velvety texture.
Lingering finish with a mix of fruit & spice notes
Enjoyed on its own or stack this bold taste against Irish Lamb, aged Angus Beef or matured Irish Cheddar.
