Fairy Trees Irish aged Chardonnay is aged in Irish Whiskey Barrels for 3 months, giving it a velvety mouthful with subtle heat.

Our beautiful Chardonnay collides in our Whiskey barrels to create this gold and creamy wine, which features true Irish Whiskey flavour.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw colour. Riper fruit notes such as peach and pineapple, with hints of buttery notes. Rich and full-bodied, with additional notes of vanilla, butter and toasty oak. Lingering finish with a combination of ripe fruits, oak and honey.

Food Pairing

Enjoy it on its own, or stack this creamy, rich taste against Dublin Bay prawns or a nice Irish goat cheese.
