Fairy Trees Irish aged Chardonnay is aged in Irish Whiskey barrels for three months, giving it a velvety mouthful with subtle heat.

Characteristics
Pale straw colour. Riper fruit notes such as peach and pineapple with hints of buttery notes.
Rich and full bodied, with additional notes of vanilla, butter and toasty oak.
Lingering finish with a combination of ripe fruits, oak & honey.

Enjoyed on its own or stack this creamy, rich taste against Dublin Bay Prawns or a nice Irish Goats Cheese
