Our beautiful Chardonnay collides in our Whiskey barrels to create this gold and creamy wine, which features true Irish Whiskey flavour.

Pale straw colour. Riper fruits such as peach and pineapple, with hints of buttery notes. Rich and full bodied, with additional notes of vanilla, butter and toasty oak. Lingering finish with a combination of ripe fruits, oak and honey.

Enjoy on its own or stack this creamy, rich taste against Dublin Bay Prawns of a nice Irish Goat cheese.
