Fairy Trees Irish aged Shiraz is aged in Irish Whiskey barrels for three months, giving it a velvety mouthful with subtle heat.

Our beautiful shiraz collides in our whiskey barrel to create this dark and bold wine, which features true Irish Whiskey flavour.

Deep ruby red colour. Intense blackberry, plum and dark fruit aromas with hints of liquorice and chocolate. Lingering finish with a mix of fruit and spice notes.

Enjoy on its own or stack this rich, bold taste against Irish lamb, aged Irish Angus beef or matured Irish cheddar.
