STORY
A richer and more textured expression of BÁN, created through extended maturation and an Irish whiskey-barrel finish.
BLEND & ORIGIN
A blend of carefully selected Irish and French wines.
WINEMAKING & STYLE
Matured for 12 months in French oak, followed by a further 3 months in Irish whiskey barrels. This two-stage maturation adds depth, texture and complexity.
Tasting Notes
Peach and pineapple are joined by buttery notes, vanilla, toasted oak and honey. Rich and full-bodied, with a long, layered finish.
Food Pairing
Serve chilled, but not too cold. Pair with roast poultry, smoked salmon, lobster, creamy seafood dishes and aged cheeses.
