The Oak Series DEARG takes the generous fruit of our red-wine style and develops it through extended oak maturation followed by an Irish whiskey-barrel finish.

BLEND & ORIGIN

A blend of carefully selected Irish and French wines.

WINEMAKING & STYLE

Matured for 12 months in French oak, then finished for 3 months in Irish whiskey barrels, adding structure, depth and distinctive layers of oak and spice.

Deep ruby in colour, with blackberry, plum and dark-fruit character alongside liquorice, chocolate, spice and toasted oak. Rich and full-bodied with a velvety finish.

Serve at cellar temperature. Pair with roast lamb, beef, venison, slow-cooked dishes and mature cheeses.
